We provide different services whitin in a social health care program what is customized and continued for prevention and rehabilitation of the dependent people. This program is articulated in a set of personal, psycho-social and household services, provided by qualificate professionals at home to the dependent people in some degree to make any daily life activity, whose aim is improve the life quality in these people and their families.

Directed to:
1. Older people
2. Physical or mental dissability people
3. Chronic disease people.
The aims are:
Providing the personal take care of psycho-social support and household help to the tasks or activities that the dependent person and its family cannot make by themselves.
Managing any human or material social health resources needed by the dependent person and its family.
Increasing the autonomy and the life quality to the dependent person and its family and facilitating the permanence of the dependent person at home.
The Social Health Attention Domiciliary Program is coordinated by a Nurse, that evaluates the take cares of the dependent person and their family, and also, organizes and manages the take cares of and the professionals who will offer the contracted service.

 

Offered services:
Personal take care of: help to the personal hygiene (bath, shower), getting dressed, managing medication, feeding.
12 €/hora
Personal take care of at night: Support and supervise at night rest (from 22h to 8h)
65 €/noche
Psycho-social Support: Mobilization and transport inside and/or outside house, recreational and/or educative activities for communication and relation to the familiar and social surroundings.
10 €/hora
Household help: Shopping and cooking food, cleanning the house, washing and ironning the clothes, administrative management.
8 €/hora
Management to Human and/or Material Social Health Resources
6 €/recurso


Other offered Services:
taking care of wounds, medication injectable administration, analytical extraction, taking care of soundings, taking of vital constants, health education for the healthful life styles and diseases prevention; functional rehabilitation, taking care of the feet, medical treatment, psychological therapy, etc. Each one of these services costs according to the service and the professional.

Social Health Resources:
- - Human: Homeworkers, Nurses, Physiotherapy, Physician, Psychology and any other type of needed professional.
- - Material: See the Orthopedy section.

If you need several services a long time we can make an individual budget and a flat tiket price.

The payment of each service will be made in two parts: 50% when contracting the service and 50% when finalizing the service.
